The Market Space hold a large database of every market in the UK and we have assigned each market with an unlock code. On receipt of this code from the Market Space, a market manager (or nominated person) can access our web site and update their details. This enables the market to be advertised to prospective tenants completely free of charge.

The free listing will include all of the following:

• Address
• Phone number
• Contact Name
• Email address
• Market Type (Indoor or Outdoor)
• Number of Units
• Operating Hours

Upgrades
We offer several levels of upgrade to your listing which will automatically increase your exposure to potential tenants, make it easy for tenants to apply online and increase your chances of successfully letting empty units.

Standard package: Enjoy all the benefits of our free service but enhance your listing with a photograph of the market, the market logo and a description of up to 100 words.
Currently £49 per annual subscription (usually £99)

Advanced package: The Advanced package is a great value deal for busy market operators who need help with processing applications and lettings. In addition to the features in our standard package, you will be able to list all units available in the form of a lettings schedule which you can update daily, hourly or by the minute, keeping things really up-to-date. Units will be listed by business type, size and monthly rent. Tenants can literally apply there and then by clicking on the unit they are interested in which will take them through to an online application form. Once completed with all the required information, this will automatically be emailed direct to your market manager for further action.
Currently £99 per annual subscription (usually £199)

Premium package: We offer a completely bespoke service to market owners and operators who need extra help with lettings. This can be anything from us designing and hosting a microsite within the Market Space, featuring an online letting schedule, interactive floor plans and application forms to handling all lettings, marketing and legal work.
